Unto the College of Heralds of Northshield, comes Gabriel andvaka with
an announcement of some note:

I say this, it having been made public elsewhere.

The Honorable Lady Aryanhwy merch Catmael having once more offered her
services to the SCA, Inc., has been chosen by the incoming Laurel
Sovereign of Arms Olwynn ni Chinneidigh, to be the Pelican Sovereign of
Arms.
