[NS-Heralds] Two questions

Laurel is currently nearing the end of the archiving process. They are
being put onto a set of DVDs. I think we are up to 14-16 file cabinets
of submissions at this point. 

Paper is useful because it allows Laurel to check the emblazons. We
register the emblazons, so being able to see what is registered is good.

Many many hands have been involved in moving Laurel's office into the
modern times...and perhaps at some point we'll be able to go all
digital. However, they're still working on it.
