Well, thanks, Heledd.
What about this ... we take a look at the web biblio I worked on three years
ago, and if these are on there, we'll suppose that they'll last for 6
months.  Remember, most of the handbook is going to be editable from time to
time.  We can put these on the site, but separate from the handbook itself.
