[NS-Heralds] Award names suggestions cygnus

I'd call the Prinicipal Herald. If you tell him it's of some urgency, I'm
sure that he could push it through -- unless, however, he needs to get
permission from the Kingdom's entire squadron of kingdom officers -- but
hopefully, it's just going to be the King and Queen.
