Greetings!

I think I was a bit hasty in my last response - what  I meant was that 
Academy of Saint Gabriel Reports can be used as documentation - and a 
printout of the report provided - but anything quoted or notated in the 
report does not have to also be included in a documentation packet.

The Admin Handbook, Appendix H, lists all the no-photocopy sources that 
are currently acceptable. Right now, the only websites that don't need 
to be printed out for inclusion with a submission are those that start 
out 'www.sca.org/heraldry'. Anything else on the web needs to have the 
first page of the website or article and any pages that are pertinent to 
the submission provided in print form.
