Well, okay, my bad.  I could have sworn I saw that among the list.  But, in
any case, it's really easy to download the articles and ship them off.  Much
easier than trying to find a book (especially if you don't have it), finding
a photocopier (if you don't have an all-in-one printer) and photocopying the
copies.
